Dr. Timothy Wallace

Born in North Bay Ontario, Dr. Timothy Wallace has been a resident of Kitchener Waterloo for 40 years now. After completing his Undergraduate and Dental Degree at the University of Western Ontario Dr. Wallace completed a  general practice residency program at the University of Chicago. It was in Chicago where he completed his 4-year graduate program in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Illinois. An interesting fact for TV lovers, during this time in Chicago, Dr. Wallace practiced out of Cook County Hospital, now made famous by the NBC medical drama ER.

Upon receiving his Master of Science degree in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Dr. Wallace started his practice in Waterloo in 1980, and over the past forty years has raised two sons, one of whom has followed in his footsteps as an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon.

Throughout his career, Dr. Wallace remained committed to the ongoing development of his profession and was actively involved in the Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry at Western University where he was an Adjunct Professor, volunteering time to help train Ontario's future dentists. Currently, Dr. Wallace is a member of the Canadian Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons (CAOMS) and the Ontario Dental Association. Locally, Dr. Wallace is also a member of the Waterloo-Wellington Dental Society.  Dr. Wallace continues to see patients for consultations in Waterloo and provides surgical assisting services.

Take a few steps around the office and you'll quickly see by the paintings and photographs on the walls that downhill skiing and art are two of Dr. Wallace's passions.  You'll notice that a number of works by Peter Etril Snyder adorn our walls with images of local barnyards, churches and the local  Mennonite Community.
